The Directorate of the North Sumatra Maritime Police has on Monday arrested two fishing vessels hoisting Malaysian flags.

Both ships and its crew, said to be Thai, were discovered in Indonesian waters during a routine patrol.

"They were catching fish in Indonesian waters. We have 800 kilograma of fish as proof," police chief J. Tamba said, as quote by tempointeraktif.com.

The two ship captains and four crew members are currently being questioned by police. (amr)
