Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva is scheduled to visit the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta and meet with ASEAN Secretary General Surin Pitsuwam on Saturday.
Vejjajiva wil deliver a speech deliver a speech , attended by diplomats and international media, at the ASEAN Secretariat, before returning home later in the day.
Abhisit is making his first official visit to Indonesia since his inauguration in December last year.
In a meeting with President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on Friday, both leaders agreed to tackle the Rohingya refugee issue in a multinational setting under an existing forum called the Bali Process. (dre)
